This is inspired by a banksy graffiti mentioned below
Flying Balloon Girl, also known as Balloon Debate, is a 2005 stencil mural in the West Bank by the graffiti artist Banksy, depicting a young girl holding a bunch of seven balloons floating above the 8 meter-high wall built around the Palestinian enclave near the Qalandia checkpoint. It also was the first art in West Bank to have international acclaim.
It is said that through magic realism and notions of childhood innocence, the young girl embodies a dreamy, supernatural hope as the balloons lift her up from her stark surroundings.
I have loved this image for a while but now knowing it's location and history I think it's the perfect time to bring this image to life.
This T-shirt comes with a small pack of balloons and the strings are attached and sewn into the shirt at the shoulder. When you are ready to wear it, you must have the balloons blown up with helium for them to float like this as pictured.
This is a limited edition collection, each shirt is numbered and signed by the Designer
